Our Vision

Our vision goes beyond conventional healthcare approaches, striving for a future where we optimise well-being, minimise hospital visits, and empower individuals with tools for healthier, more independent lives.

We are committed to making Health Technology accessible and user-friendly for everyone, including families, professionals, the younger or older, and everyone in between.

Our Products

Empowering self-care and easing the burden on health and social care systems. At Kuradocs, we design inclusive digital tools that support better ageing, enable smarter care, and respond directly to system pressures. Our product journey began with MyLiferaft, a personal health platform developed to centralise and share care information across families and professionals. Following extensive R&D, including two successful Innovate UK grants, our work pivoted to focus on the most underserved users: adults aged 60+, their informal carers, and the critical moment of hospital discharge.

In response, we developed the Myra app a free, age-friendly tool now helping thousands of families navigate care confidently, connect with trusted services, and reduce avoidable admissions. Backed by support from Imperial College London, Isle of Wight Council, Carers UK, and South Hampshire College Group, Myra is gaining real-world traction with strong early adoption and scalable commercial potential through advertising, sponsorships, and affiliate models.

With products now live and expanding regionally; Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, Southampton and our D2A pilot with the NHS and Further Education sector under way, Kuradocs is building momentum as a trusted partner in digital health innovation.

Myra

Myra is a free, easy-to-use app developed to support older adults, their families, and carers—especially during and after a hospital stay. Myra offers trusted guidance, personalised checklists, and access to local services to help people prepare for discharge, manage care needs at home, and reduce avoidable readmissions.

Created with the input of unpaid carers, NHS professionals, and social care providers, Myra reduces the stress of navigating hospital discharges and aftercare by offering clarity, continuity, and coordination at a time when families often feel overwhelmed. It is currently being rolled out in local authority and health settings across the UK.

MyLiferaft

Personal Health and Care Management

MyLiferaft is a digital platform designed to help individuals, families, and carers manage and share vital health and care information. It allows users to create a secure, detailed health profile that can be updated and shared with professionals, ensuring everyone involved in a person’s care is on the same page. Features include symptom trackers, medication logs, care plans, appointment management, and personal notes.

MyLiferaft is especially useful for people with long-term conditions, disabilities, or complex care needs. It provides a single source of truth and helps reduce duplication, miscommunication, and unnecessary stress, promoting continuity of care and individual empowerment.
